Oak Ridge Homeowners Association
Representing Parcel owners of the Oak Ridge Subdivision, New Port Richey Florida
A Deed Restricted Community
Oak Ridge Restrictions Committee
The Oak Ridge Deed Restrictions Committee is an extension of the Oak Ridge Board of Directors' authority specified in the Oak Ridge Covenents and Restrictions for the Orderly Development of the Oak Ridge Subdivision. The Committee Chairperson is appointed by the President of the Association and that chairperson seeks volunteers to participate in that committee's work. The committee operates under the close scrutiny of the Board of Directors and these written guidelines. The Guidelines provide Oak Ridge parcel owners with the documented steps required for the RC to take action, and show concesus from multiple points of view is required to authorize action.

Though the RC was created to serve Oak Ridge Parcel owners, all Owners remain unrestricted to take direct action of their own with Pasco County Code Enforcement.

The RC does not expend effort on anonomous requests

Pasco County Service ticket W513386-042715 ceated.
Fencing had been collapsed for some time, and residents referred the issue to the RC. Due to the safety nature of this issue, the Board took a vote and waived the usual 60 day monitoring period for violations. RC sent Courtesy Letter and referred the issue to Pasco County Code Compliance immeidately. County crews secured the pool on behalf of the owner within 48hrs. Thanks to everyone for a timely response on this one. Situation successfully resolved!
