On behalf of the Oak Ridge Homeowners Association (ORHA) Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Oak Ridge, we would like to officially welcome you to our beautiful neighborhood. As an estate community, the developers of Oak Ridge made minimal changes to the land and created no amenities / common areas requiring perpetual upkeep. While deveolpers of boardering neighboorhoods implemented requirements for mandatory membership in HOA’s with significant monthly fees, ORHA was created as a voluntary, non-profit Florida Corporation to serve the needs of our residents. As with any HOA, the primary function of ORHA is to assist homeowners in maintaining the value of their investment. It’s the way we do it that differs from mandatory HOAs that can become heavy handed over time. Our volunteer members: Again, welcome to the neighborhood! |
