OAK RIDGE HOA FAQ

On behalf of the Oak Ridge Homeowners Association (ORHA) Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Oak Ridge, we would like to officially welcome you to our beautiful neighborhood.

As an estate community, the developers of Oak Ridge made minimal changes to the land and created no amenities / common areas requiring perpetual upkeep. While deveolpers of boardering neighboorhoods implemented requirements for mandatory membership in HOA’s with significant monthly fees, ORHA was created as a voluntary, non-profit Florida Corporation to serve the needs of our residents.

As with any HOA, the primary function of ORHA is to assist homeowners in maintaining the value of their investment. It’s the way we do it that differs from mandatory HOAs that can become heavy handed over time.

Our volunteer members:

  • Work with Pasco County to enforce deed restrictions / local codes.
  • Act as advocates & watchdogs for the neighborhood in regards to planned development, flood projects, changes to districting, zoning, etc. that could affect Oak Ridge.
  • Maintain myorha.org; an informational resource / dues payment site.
  • Promote annual events like Flag Day, Community Yard Sale, Holiday Luminaries, etc to build a stronger sense of community.
  • Publish quarterly newsletters.
  • Maintain three Oak Ridge entrance walls.
  • Again, welcome to the neighborhood!
We hope you will show your support stay informed by becoming a paid member of ORHA. Annual dues are currently $50
    Sincerely,
Oak Ridge Homeowners Association, and Board of Directors
