The two types of distribution and their distribution numbers will help you decide what is most effective your advertising needs. The April newsletter is published via hardcopy and U.S.P.S. mailed to every* parcel owner of record in the three phases of Oak Ridge.

The June, September and December newsletters are mailed electronically to every** parcel owner of record in the three phases of Oak Ridge. Advertisting in any of the three electronically distributed Oak Ridge newsletters are available to members of the assocation at no cost (see advertising rate tabel below), one free ad per parcel owner.  Editorial control remains with the Executives of the Oak Ridge Homeowner's association.

* The number of hard copy newsletters varies as newsletters are not mailed to REO (bank owned), vacant or Lis pendens property addresses. As of Nov 2017 there are 420 mailed newsletters

** The number varies as email address are provided by the residents on a voluntary basis using the OPTIN webpage. As people change their Internet service provider, these email addresses will become obsolete. When an email address is identified as obsolete, a hardcopy newsletter is U.S.P.S. mailed to the physical address of the property associated with the email address, requesting the parcel owner update the Oak Ridge OPTIN email contact data. As of Nov 2017 there are 120 valid email addresses available for electronic distribution.  [Per Florida law and Oak Ridge Homeowner's Association policy, the email list is not sold, distributed or divulged to any party outside of the Oak Ridge Homeowner's Association.  Any Executive or Director who accesses the mailing list must sign a confidentially agreement which enforces this policy.
